01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of j8w Casino ("j8w", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") accessible at j8w.club. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service offered on j8w, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

j8w reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on j8w.club. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the terms of any specific promotion, game rules, or special policy published on j8w, the more specific document shall take precedence with respect to the specific subject matter it addresses, and these general Terms shall govern all other matters.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of j8w Casino is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. j8w operates an absolute 18+ policy. Anyone found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You are accessing j8w as an individual, acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purposes of arbitrage, professional advantage, or resale.
• You are not accessing j8w from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of j8w, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from j8w or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.

j8w employs mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") age and identity verification for all accounts. We may request documentary proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account only on j8w. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. j8w reserves the right to verify this information at any time via KYC documentation, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. j8w will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify j8w immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

j8w accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any funds held within it to a third party is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

j8w supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. j8w does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though higher transaction volumes may trigger additional KYC review.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 2–10 minutes for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance flags. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Card withdrawals (Visa/Mastercard) may take 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. All times are approximate and quoted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawal conditions: j8w requires that any deposit be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. This is a basic fraud-prevention measure, not a bonus wagering condition. Deposits made as part of a bonus offer carry the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

j8w reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where our compliance team identifies a pattern of activity requiring review. Attempting to circumvent this process — including by reversing a withdrawal request to replay the funds and re-withdraw — may result in account investigation and suspension.

05 Bonus and Promotions Policy

j8w offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions for events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all j8w promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via new accounts, shared devices, or proxied connections is prohibited and will result in disqualification and account investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms (e.g., 20x, 30x). The wagering requirement clock begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account.
• Game contribution rates vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Sports bets may contribute at 0% toward casino bonus wagering unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• j8w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with immediate effect. Players who have already opted into a promotion and partially met its requirements will retain their progress up to the point of modification, where technically feasible.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any unclaimed, unmet, or expired bonus balance will be removed from your account automatically at expiry without compensation.
• j8w reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from any player found to be exploiting promotions in bad faith, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual gaming risk.

j8w makes no guarantee that any specific promotional offer will be available at any given time. Promotional availability may vary by player segment, account status, deposit history, or geographic location within Bangladesh.

06 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on j8w are sourced exclusively from internationally certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games use certified, independently audited random number generation algorithms to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. j8w does not manipulate game results.

Winnings generated as a direct result of a verified technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• j8w's sports betting odds are set by our sportsbook team and are subject to change up until the moment a market closes. j8w reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneously priced markets after a palpable error has been confirmed.

j8w's decision on matters of gameplay disputes, technical faults, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in our support documentation. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event; claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

j8w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonus promotions or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Use of prohibited automation tools, bots, or scripts
• Chargebacks initiated against j8w without prior support escalation
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward j8w staff or other players

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of Terms, j8w may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting j8w support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been assessed.

08 Limitation of Liability

j8w provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to j8w, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j8w and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of j8w or your inability to access j8w
• Financial losses resulting from gameplay, sports betting outcomes, or wagering decisions
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
• Any loss or damage arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay outages)
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j8w's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by j8w's own negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions, along with all disputes arising from your use of j8w, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j8w makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use outside of the regions we serve. Accessing j8w from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.
